The ADHD-friendly task manager built for momentum, not shame
For brains that don’t run on “just do it”. MyGlyde externalizes the executive function ADHD taxes most — starting, sequencing, sensing time, finishing — and rewards the effort you actually put in.
Designed with neurodivergent brains in mind — which makes it better for everyone.

Demo: type one messy phrase and MyGlyde’s Magic Breakdown turns it into three small, concrete first moves; checking one off builds your streak and earns credits.
Demo: finishing work builds a streak and earns Freeze Shields; a missed day spends a shield instead of resetting the streak, so progress is never wiped.
The gap between “I should” and “I started”
Getting going is its own task, and it's the one nobody schedules. Hand over the sentence and get back a first move you can do in two minutes.

Built to be adjusted, and to live in your pocket
Colour, typeface, spacing, motion and text size are all yours to set — including a dyslexia-friendly face and a stillness mode that stops things moving.
And when the thought turns up somewhere else entirely — halfway through a message, at the bottom of an email — you don’t have to hold on to it long enough to switch apps. Share it straight into MyGlyde from wherever you are. Working memory is what ADHD taxes hardest; this is the tax being paid by the phone instead.

A calm first minute.
Time you can see.
Built around how ADHD actually feels
“I can't start”
Task paralysis → Magic Breakdown
Starting is a brain function, not a character trait. Drop in the vague, looming thing — “sort out taxes” — and AI hands back a handful of tiny first moves, each small enough to actually begin. You never face the whole mountain at once.
“Time just disappears”
Time blindness → time you can see
Focus sprints show time as a shrinking shape, not a ticking clock. No jolting alarm at the end — a soft chime and an extend button, so hyperfocus is respected instead of punished.
“One missed day and I quit”
All-or-nothing dread → Freeze Shields
Ordinary streaks reset to zero and take your motivation with them. In MyGlyde a missed day spends a Freeze Shield instead — you start with three, the free plan earns one a month, and Plus earns them faster — so the streak bends instead of breaking, and your history is never wiped. There are no guilt screens anywhere in the app.
“Finishing feels like nothing”
Dopamine debt → a Reward Menu you wrote
The interest-driven brain needs the win after the win. Curate treats you genuinely want, earn credits for effort — including effort on tasks you didn't finish — and spend them guilt-free. Credits never go negative.
“I work better when someone's there”
Body doubling → quiet focus rooms
Co-working presence without surveillance: join a quiet room, see that others are working, and let that gentle accountability carry you. Presence is ephemeral — nothing about your focus is ever recorded on our servers.
UK: Access to Work
Evidence, ready for your claim
MyGlyde Plus includes an Access to Work claim pack: your real usage — focus hours, tasks completed, consistency — summarized into the format an assessor asks for. Support that helps you get support.
Honest answers
Is MyGlyde a medical tool?
No. MyGlyde is a productivity app, not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It's a set of external supports — visible time, tiny first steps, forgiving streaks — that many people with ADHD find genuinely useful alongside whatever else works for them.
How is this different from a normal to-do app?
Most task apps assume starting is easy and consistency is a willpower problem. MyGlyde assumes the opposite: it breaks tasks down for you, makes time visible, rewards effort rather than perfection, and never shames you for a missed day. The mechanics are built around executive function, not around an idealized user.
What happens when I fall off for a week?
You come back to a calm Today page, not a wall of overdue red. Your streak spent a Freeze Shield if it could, your history is intact either way, and the app suggests one small first move to restart. Nothing nags, nothing accuses.
Do you sell my attention data?
We never have it. Focus telemetry, tab-aways and room presence are processed on your device and never stored on our servers — there is deliberately no database table for them. What syncs is your task list, and you can export or delete everything.
Can Access to Work fund MyGlyde Plus?
If you're in the UK, Access to Work can fund workplace supports for ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions, and software is a common award. MyGlyde Plus (£7.99/mo) includes a claim pack that turns your real usage into the evidence an assessor asks for.
